Are your products handmade?

Yes! Raydiant Beauty products are handmade with care. From making the products to preparing them for your order, I put thought into every step of the process.

What types of products do you offer?

Raydiant Beauty offers handmade bar soaps, liquid soaps, and chapsticks. I'm always working on new ideas, so more products may be added in the future!

What ingredients do you use?

Our ingredients vary depending on the product. Some of the oils and ingredients used in our soaps include coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil, and palm oil. Each product listing includes its specific ingredients so you can know what is in the product you're purchasing.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Raydiant Beauty was created in part because of my own experience with sensitive, acne-prone, oil skin. I wanted to create products while understanding the ingredients I was using and what they could offer.

However, everyone's skin is different. Our products are not guaranteed to work for every skin type, and I recommend checking the ingredients of each product before purchasing if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

Can your soaps cure acne-prone or oily skin?

No. Our soaps are not intended to cure acne, oily skin, or any other skin condition. My goal is to create products that I enjoy using and that may help support a comfortable skincare routine.

What if the product I want is sold out?

Some products and scents may be available in limited quantities. If something is sold out, check back later for restocks and follow Raydiant Beauty on social media for updates.

Can I purchase multiple scents?

Absolutely! You can mix and match your favorite scents and products based on what's currently available.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are handmade and carefully prepared before being shipped. Processing and shipping times may vary, so please check our shipping information for the most current details.

How will my order be packaged?

I aim to package Raydiant Beauty orders thoughtfully while keeping packaging as eco-conscious as possible. Your products are carefully prepared and packaged before making their way to you.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Raydiant Beauty as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the damage so the situation can be reviewed.

Ingredients & Allergies

Do your products contain fragrances?

Some products contain fragrance oils or essential oils, while others are unscented. Always check the individual product listing for the ingredients and fragrance information.

Do you have unscented products?

Yes! Raydiant Beauty offers options for customers who prefer simple, unscented products. Plain & Pretty is one of our unscented soap options, and Clean Slate is our unscented chapstick.

What if I have an allergy?

Please carefully review the ingredients listed for each product before purchasing. If you have a known allergy or are unsure whether a product is right for you, it's best to avoid the product or consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

Handmade Products

Why might my handmade soap look slightly different from another bar?

Because our products are handmade, small variations in appearance, color, texture, or shape can occur. These differences are a natural part of handmade products and make each batch unique.

Why are some of your products made in small batches?

Making products in smaller batches allows me to be more involved in the process and pay attention to the details that go into each product.
